The dining room, which is adjacent to the buffet, is open around the clock – you can spend a nice evening there, playing games or playing the guitar, singing and talking. The dining room has a fireplace where we light the fire on autumn and winter evenings.
Guests staying overnight can while away the time by borrowing one of our two guitars and a few board games, such as Codenames, Taboo, Scrabble, Ticket to Ride, Kolejka (Queue), Splendor or chess and checkers. Book Corners are arranged in the halls on the ground floor and 1st floor: comfortable armchairs with footrests and blankets to wrap yourself up, and a library with good books.
If the evening is warm, we recommend renting one of our deckchairs which you can unfold on the terrace in front of the hut and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.
On cooler evenings, it’s a good idea to warm up by a bonfire. Although under National Park regulations it is forbidden to light a fire on the ground using wood collected in the forest, but there is a way. We have arranged a cosy spot with a hearth and some benches right next to the hut, with special forks for grilling sausages. You can ask us to organize a bonfire for you there, at PLN 100 including a batch of firewood (from 1.04.2025 – 130 PLN). A portion of sausages with bread and ketchup for grilling over the fire costs PLN 22 (from 1.04.2025 – 25 PLN). Please make advance bookings for the bonfire.
